Construction of SLA printer!

Hello everyone! We recently purchased a new 3D printer for the lab, that differs from the traditional method of melting plastic, that uses a method called stereolithography. Stereolithography printers (SLA) use light to cure resin which results in much faster and higher quality prints than the traditional 3D printers. This new printer will be available for the students in the near future. If you want to schedule a time to come in and check out the new printer, contact us at cpl@library.unomaha.edu. In the mean time, here is a video of the assembly.
